This website is operated by QIA SCENTS LTD, trading as QIA Scents. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to QIA Scents.

QIA Scents operates this store and website, including the information, content, features, tools, products and services made available through it (the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referred to within them, set out the terms that apply when you access our website, use our Services or purchase products from us.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Receipt of an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. A contract between you and QIA Scents is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there has been an obvious pricing or product-description error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will endeavour to contact you using the details provided with your order and, where payment has already been taken, issue an appropriate refund.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to request a cancellation or change, contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@qiascents.com, quoting your order number. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing has begun.

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy and your applicable statutory rights.

Products purchased through our consumer store are intended for personal use and not for unauthorised commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change from time to time. The price applicable to your order will normally be the price displayed when you place the order, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

QIA Scents names, logos, designs and branding must not be used without our prior written permission.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

QIA Scents is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology that enables us to offer our Services to you.

However, purchases made from our store are made directly with QIA SCENTS LTD trading as QIA Scents. QIA Scents is responsible for the products sold through our store and for fulfilling our obligations to customers.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY

Personal information collected through our Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our online store is hosted using Shopify, certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers involved in operating our store, processing payments, fulfilling orders and providing our Services.

Products sold through our consumer store are intended for personal and household use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses arising from use of products purchased as a consumer, including loss of profits, revenue, business or business opportunities.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
